Deposits & lateness, in plain words
Every booking is secured with a deposit at the time it's confirmed — this holds your stylist, your chair and your time. Deposits are deducted from your final bill.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your appointment time and another guest is booked straight after you, your appointment is released and your deposit is forfeited, so we can honour the next guest. If nobody is booked after you, we'll still look after you and your deposit counts towards your bill — or we can offer a shorter service, or move your appointment. Running more than 15 minutes behind? Call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to hold your spot.
If you don't arrive at all, your deposit is forfeited.
Need to move your appointment? One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit carries over. Changes at shorter notice need a manager's approval.
